Sex and Relationship Therapy
Welcome
I'm Victoria Kearns (she/her), a COSRT and MBACP registered Integrative Psychotherapist with specialist training in working with couples and individuals with relationship and psychosexual problems. I offer a confidential, compassionate and non-judgemental space in which you can explore and reflect on your relationship or sexual challenges, the way in which these affect you and your hopes for change. I support you in discovering more about yourself and about how you would like to grow personally and in your relationships - facilitating change towards greater self-love, acceptance and greater satisfaction in your connection with others.
I welcome you as an individual or as a couple in-person at my Watford and Shoreditch, London therapy rooms, or online. I work with people of all ages (from 18+) and sexual orientations, from different cultural and heritage backgrounds, as well as neurodivergent and disabled clients.

What to expect from working with me
Talking therapy can help when you are feeling stuck, unhappy or in crisis, or looking to resolve an issue, either in a relationship with another person or within yourself. Through support, empathy, analysis and interpretation I will help you explore your situation, your feelings and resistances and help bring about change, if necessary. Sometimes we will look backwards, reflecting on your childhood, past relationships or the dynamic between yourself and your partner, and at other times we will look forwards, and I may invite you to try different ways of connecting with yourself or others to facilitate change, if required.
m-about me
About me
In supporting you I see myself as a fellow traveller who wants the very best for you. Through reflection, exploration and sometimes challenge my aim is to support you in knowing and understanding yourself better, opening the way for new ways of connecting with yourself and with those you love.
My background is in the creative arts, working for flagship London theatres and in health care, specialising in conditions affecting the pelvic organs. My experience in these fields, working with compassion and creativity with people from diverse backgrounds, is fundamental to my approach.
